Your information will be held on computer by Court Barn for the purpose of mailing items of interest to you relating to the Museum.

We do this in a number of ways - when you share your information with us when joining our mailing list via the website, visiting the Museum, joining the Friends of Court Barn Museum or correspondence sent to you or received from you.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable, physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Know your rights

We use Mailchimp to send newsletters and you always have the option to unsubscribe and to subsequently manage your data.  We are reassured by the information we have received from Mailchimp that in the future you will have the option to ‘be forgotten’  (in other words, all the information held pertaining to your newsletter subscription will be deleted), if you so choose.  At the bottom of every newsletter we send you will find links to ‘unsubscribe’ and ‘update your preferences’.
